Seems to be very successful pairing cake / biscuit, to my great joy, and so also for my dear friend I decided to stay on this winning combination for the realization of his cake.

Ingredients: (for a greased 24 cm) for the cake 4 eggs 150 g soft butter 400 g sugar 270 g flour 00 a pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 200 ml buttermilk (made with 200 ml of milk with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar) pink dye taste for cream 4 egg yolks 4 tablespoon of flour 5 tablespoons sugar 400 ml milk 1 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract) 250ml double cream 70 grams of dark chocolate chips to the syrup 200 ml water 100 g sugar 1 vial of rum flavor to decorate embalming 250 ml double cream flowers taste 1 wafer wafer wafer "Happy Birthday" 250 grams of mini wafers to dark chocolate deep pink dye
Preparation: Let's start by preparing the base: Grease and flour pan and turn the oven to 180 C. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until smooth to form a white cream. Add one egg at a time alternating with a tablespoon of flour sifted with the baking powder: good incorporate each ingredient to the mixture before adding the next ingredient! In another bowl prepare the liquid ingredients: milk combine the apple cider vinegar and leave for a few seconds. Mix and add the vanilla and deep pink coloring. Combine the liquid ingredients to the mixture and stir well to even out the color. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 35 -40 minutes. Before turning out, do the toothpick test. Allow to cool completely before cutting embalming the cake into layers. embalming Prepare the filling: Simmer the milk in a saucepan embalming with the vanilla pod or, alternatively, with the vanilla. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar and cream form a very foamy and white. embalming Stir in the sifted flour and mix well.
