Build it up in the ghetto. Lots of land available. lots of potential employees. Bulldoze the Bradley

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee Bucks leaders say they’re planning to announce plans for a new arena in downtown Milwaukee this month — and on Tuesday, January wedding colors 6th, that was one of the topics of conversation as Bucks President Peter Feigin talked with business leaders.
The pressure is on for the Bucks to select a location wedding colors for a new arena. The NBA has given the Bucks a deadline of November 2017 to have a deal in place for a new arena. If they don’t, the Bucks would leave Milwaukee.
“Our real goal is to create the greatest entertainment property on the court as well as off the court and create a value proposition to make the Bucks and the arena a magnet for people to go to entertain,” Feigin wedding colors said.
The Bucks’ new owners, Marc Lasry and Wes Edens have pledged $100 million, and former owner Herb Kohl has pledged $100 million. There’s also $250 million in private funds in the mix. The rest would come from either private or public investments.
Feigin says within the next week, two to three additional local investors will be announced — but more will be needed. Also needed wedding colors — as much land as they are able to get to develop an epicenter for downtown Milwaukee. wedding colors
“Demolition is in every scenario, so if you look at the infrastructure wedding colors in the city of Milaukee you will find buildings that actually need to be demo-ed in any 20-to-30-acre area — whether they are parking lots, whether they are structures that have been abandoned, whether they are infrastructure,” Feigin said.

Build it up in the ghetto. Lots of land available. lots of potential employees. Bulldoze the Bradley Center?? Just tell me what is wrong with It. Just a building to watch ghetto ball. That building was given to the City and it appears to have been miss managed.
Here is the winning plan. Each of the 3 billionaire owners contributes 100M of their own fortune to build the new arena. Not 150 million total, 300 million!!! wedding colors Add that 300 million to Herbie’s 100 million and we are at 400 million. Get the 14 or so minority owners to contribute 1 million apiece and we are at 414 million. Then have the employees of the bucks stand on the street corners of milwaukee with little green buckets to collect the rest and leave the taxpayers of this state out of it except if they choose to contribute pocket change into those buckets. Now thats a plan we can all live with. Oh by the way, only 4000 season ticket holders for the bucks?? Do we really wedding colors needc them in this city???
This article is not accurate. First of all there are 3 billionaire owners, Wes Edens, Marc Lasry and Jamie Dinan. Secondly, they have pledged 150 million between the 3 of them not 100 million. I do not recall ever hearing about another 250 million of private funds in the mix as the article says so please explain who is putting that money up and when that came to be??? If that were even remotely true, when you add the 100m from Herb Kohl to the 150m from the new owners to this mysterious 250m the article is purporting to be there it adds up to 450m. If that is accurate why is there even a need to seek public funding? Stay within a budget and build something costing 450m.
Sorry my math is off there. That would be 500m not 450m so what is the problem?? Just wondering, does this money they are projecting they need for the new arena include funds for acquiring the property they need to purchase or is it just to build the new building? If it does not include the money for acquiring the property where does that money come from??? Lastly, since larry sanders apparently wedding colors doesn’t want to play basketball anymore, could he be assigned full time to ringing a bell at one of the green bucket collection locations so the owners get some production out of him for the 44 million dollar contract extension he inked last year???
