I am seeking information about the family, Victoria. Hille Kristine Victoria married probably around 1682 with the priest Peder Jørgensen Paasche 1655-1706. They begat Ludvik in 1684. But I would like to have known more about Hille Kristine and her ancestry.
On the old website of the Norwegian Genealogical Society, Norwegian Priest History, I find this (see bottom of page): death quotes http://old.genealogi...en-Paasche.htm. Here is what it says (note the references removed): Easter, Peder Jørgensen, spr. Ulvik, 1655-1706: 1674: Stud 1685: Pers. Chapter Ulvik 1688: Spr. Ulvik Paaskebrød, Mr. Peder, spr. Thanks Grethe for interesting information regarding Hille Kristine Melbourne. She died in 1734 Vilket alredy confirmed in your post with the fact that she is not mentioned in 1735. And the son Ludvik will be born around 1684 but it is well confirmed in 1711 that there must also have been a daughter alive. But where did this Hille Kristine from? I see the andretedet that there is mention one Christian Melbourne as governor and Danish of origin, but whether he is a fordader death quotes to Helle, I know that words do not. Maybe not so easy to figure out either, but one can hope.
In Nygaard notes I find the name of his sister Helle (Hille) Melbourne on Estvadgård. She was first married to Francis Rantzous death quotes as Morten Schinchel, death quotes then in 1685 with his Arenfeldt. Could she have common ancestry with Hille Kristine Melbourne?
Thank Gretel. Yes, you should death quotes be well certainly not ignore the fact that she has Danish ancestry, as well I vaguely hinted when I brought Christian Melbourne on the pitch. But then there was the challenge of being able to substantiate it. But nevertheless thanks for an interesting death quotes link to Danish sources.
Thanks again for Grete new and very interesting information. death quotes I think we are on the right track, it is just finding the connection between the Danish dynasty and Hille Kristine thus was married and living in Ulvik in Hordaland.
I pick this up again in the hope that it will be possible to associate pastor's wife Hille Kristine Melbourne in Ulvik to the Danish Melbourne genus. I would assume that she was born between 1660-1665 death quotes and was married before in 1684 when she gave birth to her son Ludvik. It is rumored to have been a daughter in marriage to Peder Jørgensen Paasche. But she can of course also have been born earlier if she had children by 1685.
L can hardly help you with Hille Kristine Melbourne's ancestry, it hørest's almost like the Danish nobility yes ... or she may have been one of the "Norwegian" branches? As it was pointed death quotes out in one of your other items, was a Christence Maria Paasche March 15, 1744 sponsored the baptism of Hille Kristine Ludvigsdtr. Ole Thommeson Bagge's son Thomas death quotes (Bergen) This Hille Kristine Ludvigsdtr. I agree that most likely is the baptized in 1714 in Ulvik, Hille Kristine Victoria's grandson.
